Happy New Year!

We're gearing up for a fantastic 2009 here at Hoipolloi and although today is allegedly the most stressful day of the year, we're attempting to help blow away any new year blues with news that we're recruiting for a brand new position within our admin team:

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
Salary: £45k to £50k pa.

We are looking for a highly motivated experienced senior executive to fill the new position of Business Development Director. Accountable to the Board, you will provide financial and commercial leadership. Working in close partnership with the Artistic Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the development and implementation of an ambitious, sound and sustainable vision and strategy.

The post-holder will assume overall responsibility for the growth of the company, generating new income streams, developing our brand, brokering, developing and maintaining key partnerships and overseeing the distribution of creative content online, on television, radio and film, and on the stage.
